1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Drop app, website, or completing any booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Drop provides reserved seat booking on daily shared air-conditioned buses between Alexandria and Smart Village, Cairo. The service includes a mobile booking app, live GPS tracking, and a guaranteed named seat.

3. Booking Terms

• Users must be 16 years or older to complete a booking
• Bookings are personal and non-transferable
• A booking is confirmed upon payment completion and confirmation message receipt
• Passengers must arrive at the pickup point at least 5 minutes before departure
• Late passengers will not be waited for — no refund applies in this case

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Maintain respectful conduct toward other passengers and driver
• Strictly no smoking inside the bus
• Drop is not responsible for personal belongings or luggage
• Passengers are liable for any damage they cause to the vehicle or other passengers

5. Payment

• All payments are processed via Paymob secure payment gateway
• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) inclusive of all fees
• Drop reserves the right to adjust prices with 7 days prior notice

6. Limitation of Liability

Drop is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control including emergencies, weather conditions, or government decisions. Maximum liability in all cases is limited to the value of the ticket paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Alexandria.
