Refund Schedule

Automatic Full Refund Cases

• Trip cancelled by Drop for any reason — immediate 100% refund
• Bus delayed more than 30 minutes from scheduled departure
• Vehicle breakdown not resolved within 90 minutes

Driver No-Show

• If the driver or bus fails to show up at the scheduled time — the passenger receives an immediate 100% refund of the ticket value
• In addition, the passenger automatically receives their next ride for free as a Drop apology guarantee
• This applies regardless of the reason for the driver's absence

Late Arrival

• If the bus arrives at the destination more than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time — the passenger receives a 50% promo code on their next trip
• The promo code is sent automatically via the app or WhatsApp once the delay is registered
• The code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue

• Requests processed within 3–5 business days
• Refund returned to original payment method within 7–14 business days
